HYDRAULIC SHEAR CUTTING

The characteristic of each station working in a machine:

Holes cutting station:

• maximum dimension of circular hole cut in basic equipment msx: 40×14 mm; 24×24 mm
• length of clearance (from the middle of the stamp till the end of the throat): 500 mm
• standard dimensions: from 3 till 31 mm (every 0,5 mm), from 31 to 40 mm (every 1 mm)
• ability of cutting the following types of holes: bean, square, rectangle, triangle
• ability of cutting circular holes with maximum diameter: 100 mm (with usage of matrix and stamp stronger fastening)
• standard dimensions of beans: 7×10; 7×15; 7×20; 9×13; 9×19; 9×25; 11×17; 11×23; 13×18; 13×22; 13×27; 13×31; 15×20; 15×24; 15×27; 15×31; 17×22; 17×26; 17;31; 19×26; 19×41; 21×27; 21×31; 17×40; 19×40; 21×40

Rectangular blanking tool station

• in standard rectangular blanking tool of dimensions of 90×52 mm
• maximum thickness of sheet which is cut 12 mm
• possibility of triangular blanking tool installation
• possibility of blanking tool for pipe connecting at the 900 angle installation, maximum diameter of pipe: 60 mm

Flat bars cutting station

• flat bars max: 450×15 mm
• length of blades:475 mm
• flat bars cutting at any angle

L-beams cutting station

• angle 900 (without deformations) max: 130×130×13 mm
• angle 450 max: 70×70×7mm

Rods cutting station

• round rods max: 45 mm
• square rods max: 45 mm
